Neil Schori is a pastor, speaker, and advocate for survivors of domestic violence. He is the Director of Church Partnerships for Called To Peace Ministries, and has trained hundreds of advocates, pastors, and leaders in communities all across the country. He became widely known through his involvement in the Stacy Peterson and Drew Peterson case. The disappearance of Stacey Peterson served as a catalyst for Neil Schori’s pivot into domestic abuse violence awareness. Experiencing this tragedy firsthand as her counseling pastor sparked a lifelong passion to pursue systemic change. Today, he dedicates his life to educating leaders on how to recognize coercive control and protect the vulnerable. This training is valuable for anyone interested in advocacy, leadership, and any community engagement. His presentations are especially beneficial for law enforcement officers, first responders, pastors, educators, healthcare professionals, nonprofit leaders, and community members who want to help support and advocate for those facing challenges and crisis. His teachings include:
Recognizing abuse: training leaders to identify covert, emotional, and physical abuse, as well as coercive control.
Wisdom Over Reconciliation: Equipping leaders to help facilitate abuse dynamics.
Safety Protocols: Providing framework to protect the vulnerable and how to properly respond to disclosures of abuse.
